The 1400 sq ft expansion includes ISO 7 and 8 cleanroom facilities and a new separate mechanical platform serving the new clean rooms.

Introba group worked together with the clean room supplier to take the preliminary designs for the space to build permits and construction documents. Introba is also working with the same suppliers through the construction process to ensure that the cleanroom electrical and mechanical systems are operated as needed by the end users.

The existing warehouse facility had allowances for the new space, providing domestic water and sanitary connections as part of the base building project. The design for the new room involves plumbing infrastructure upgrades to suit the locations of equipment in the cleanrooms. This focused on taking the services provided by the base building project and modifying/adding them to suit the final cleanroom layout. The new dedicated ventilation system is also provided for the clean rooms.

The cleanroom is expected to be occupied by the end of October 2022.
