Parklands St. George’s Hill

Parklands St. George’s Hill consists of a super prime house within St. George’s Hill, complete with luxury facilities including a swimming pool, air-conditioning, whole house ventilation, Crestron Home Entertainment, and a high level of interior design input.

The project posed several challenges, one example being the integration of the services with a high interior design standard and a requirement for invisible services. This project boasts many innovative and sustainable solutions, such as implementing renewable systems and heat recovery from air-conditioning. Sustainable items included – solar thermal provision and rainwater cycling.

Introba (formerly Elementa Consulting)’s work on this project included full mechanical, electrical, and public health services. Energy and renewables strategy, home entertainment and data cabling, heating, and ventilation systems.
