New Integrated Command & Communications Center (IC3) at the Lightspeed Facility

This encompasses a 12-story parking garage with 1800 car capacity, critical mobile assets housing, and 108,700 sf of office space. Benefits include enhanced perimeter security, backup power, and air-conditioning systems. The existing site will see upgrades with new security features. We will develop a Concept of Operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations, and provide training for a fully operational Emergency Operations Center.
