Delia School

This CAN$13.7 million project was part of the design and construction of a new K–12 school in Delia, in the Prairie region of Alberta. The new school has a current capacity of 150 students with room for expansion to 200 students if required.

The new building supports the school's mission of motivating its students to be actively involved in their education, to achieve academic success and personal growth in a safe environment, and to become socially responsible lifelong learners.

Our team provided LEED BD+C v4 consulting, LEED and NECB energy modeling services for this school, which achieved LEED Gold certification in 2023.
