Chinook Therapeutics

This project included the conversion of approximately 3,000 ft2 of office space to a new research laboratory, including new fume hoods and upgraded ventilation systems, as well as an expansion to the existing vivarium, including new holding room, new wash-up area, and storage rooms. The vivarium areas were designed within the scope of work to meet CCAC Standards for animal care. The project is located within the Life Science Hub facility at 887 Great Northern Way and required extensive coordination with the existing base building systems.
