December 2021: Welcome Ross & Baruzzini New Hires

Maroun Ghanem, MBA, PMP, PSM I 

Advanced Mobility Commercial Director
Mobility Systems

Maroun is a PMP and Scrum certified Director of Product Management professional with 20+ years of experience in leading complex domestic and international product development efforts within various fields including information technology, transportation, communications, cybersecurity, and other leading-edge technologies.

We look forward to Maroun using his skills to build our market position and strengthen our customer relations in the US and internationally.

Ryan High 

Medical Equipment Planner 
Medical Equipment Planning

Ryan will help manage planning and design for some of the most advanced healthcare projects in the U.S and around the world. He will use his strong analytic skills to collaborate with hospital leaders, engineers, and architects as he works to ensure all planning activities adhere to client scheduling and requirements. Ryan will also assist in the preparation of project design and attend planning sessions as a project representative, working to establish positive client relationships. 

Danielle Thomas 

Proposal Specialist 

As our newest member of Corporate Marketing, Danielle will play a critical role in proposal management and production. She will develop, manage, and edit proposals for potential clients while collaborating with our business development and technical teams across multiple disciplines to create engaging bid materials for new clients. She will also assist in organizing our content management systems and maintaining our marketing resource library. 

Connor Wesley

Electrical Engineer 
Kansas City

Our newest Electrical Engineer, Connor, will perform electrical evaluations, system calculations, and equipment layouts for lighting, power, and communications while reviewing codes to ensure designs meet all applicable codes and safety standards. Connor will coordinate with facility owners, clients, designers, and architects throughout various markets as well as conduct site surveys to determine existing facility conditions. 

Jerome Williams

Logistics Project Manager
Medical Equipment Planning

As Logistics Project Manager, Jerome will be responsible for providing procurement and installation project management as well as acting as a liaison between warehousing companies, logistic providers, and hospitals for new construction and renovation projects. 

He will manage installations from start through project sign-off. In addition, he will help oversee strategic planning while managing logistics relating to warehousing, transportation, and customer service. Jerome will also supervise and mentor warehouse employees. 

Brian Willis

Logistics Technician
Medical Equipment Planning

Brian will assist in maintaining warehousing activities and work closely with hospital staff, contractors, and outside vendors to accomplish our clients’ operational goals. He will train and supervise various warehouse crews and ensure his team receives specialized training as necessary. Brian will also manage, inspect, and assemble equipment for deployment into hospitals while also coordinating warehouse activity with office and hospital staff.
