West Kelowna City Hall
We are providing commissioning, electrical, energy modeling, mechanical, and technology engineering and consulting services for this new civic project in British Columbia, Canada.
The new 52,000 sq. ft West Kelowna City Hall building will house the administrative offices for the city. It will include designated office space for members of both Parliament and the Legislative Assembly, as well as a rooftop terrace area.
The ground floor will be a dedicated 15,000 sq. ft community amenity space that will house the Okanagan Regional Library West Kelowna Branch.
The project showcases mass timber construction and supports the City’s long-term growth with the ability to accommodate an expansion of its rooftop terrace space.
