Waterloo Service Centre Expansion

The Waterloo Service Centre located at 265 Lexington Court underwent a major office addition and workshop addition to the existing Administration Building and interior renovations on the lower level of the building.

In addition, the project included the demolition and replacement of the Salt and Sand Storage Building, renovation of the Unheated Vehicle Storage Building and construction of an Unheated Vehicle Shelter structures and miscellaneous roadwork and parking lot construction.

The new Administration Building addition was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Silver Certification. All other renovations and newly constructed facilities employ energy-efficient systems to reduce energy costs and be environmentally friendly.
