Silver Spring Library Residence

The development features an 11-story high with 129 condominium units of six model types. This project includes approximately 10,000 ft² of shell retail space, one level of structured parking totaling 18,000 ft² below the tower, and the remainder of the site. The building features a lobby, fitness center, a club room as an extension of the second floor level above the retail, and a rooftop penthouse totaling 3,000 ft².

Introba (formerly Integral Group) was retained to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consulting engineering services for this residential project. Introba provided energy modeling and a complete submission requirement for engineering-related credit for the 2011 Enterprise Green Communities Criteria certification.
