North Road + Valkyrie Primary Care Centres
This project consisted of the delivery of two new primary care centers.
The developments are over two floors and include a pharmacy, multiple GP practices, consulting rooms, blood-taking facilities, and community nursing services. The center will also be used for community activities such as Health Watch meetings and training sessions for various groups, including fire warden training and school nurse training.
Introba (formerly Elementa Consulting) provided all mechanical, electrical, and public health services for the development, including sustainable strategies and BREEAM services.
The building incorporates a range of sustainable strategies, including biomass boilers and rainwater harvesting, which enable the facilities to achieve a BREEAM rating of Excellent.
