North Hertfordshire District College Letchworth Town Hall Regeneration Project
Introba (formerly Elementa Consulting) was involved in the regeneration of the listed Letchworth Town Hall building, which had laid dormant for several years.
North Hertfordshire District College is utilizing the building at the heart of Letchworth to house some of its core administration and senior management team.
Introba’s work on this project included all mechanical, electrical, and public health designs. Introba provided a full asset survey before purchase and then designed the building services in line with modern office standards.
Introba has been careful to complement the original design of the listed building and not destroy the original features of the building, which architect Raymond Unwin originally designed.
