Our team successfully provided Security and Low Voltage Systems, MEP engineering services, and played a pivotal role in designing and constructing the new NGA Facility on a 97.2-acre site using the design-build method.

Key challenges included creating a cutting-edge facility with adaptable IT infrastructure, wireless solutions, and an open IT architecture. The critical Data Center, Operations Centers, and Visitor Control Center demanded continuous operations.

With a focus on sustainability, our solution covered a 712,800 SF Main Operations Building, a 38,000 SF Central Utilities Plant, and a 7,300 SF Visitor Control Center. Our MEP engineering ensured LEED Silver certification compliance, and low voltage systems design encompassed various critical spaces. The sustainable components aim for LEED V4 Silver certification, showcasing our commitment to environmental standards. Our approach involved comprehensive peer reviews, specialized compartmentalized information facilities, and the expertise of Registered Communications Distribution Designers.
