The hotel's main features include an impressive rooftop swimming pool, restaurant, and bar, offering panoramic views of London and a luxury spa, which will all operate as part of a highly efficient energy strategy, achieving a BREEAM Excellent accreditation. An all-electric heat pump system will be integrated as an energy-sharing solution that combines heating, cooling, and domestic hot water. Variable airflow and extract ventilation also adhere to the WELL-enhanced ventilation standards, creating a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
Introba has undertaken extensive dynamic thermal modeling, working closely with suppliers and the operational and broader design teams, taking a collaborative approach to system selection and creative solutions.
