ASOS Leavesden Park
Introba provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, environmental, and lighting design and energy modeling for ASOS Leavesden Park in Watford, UK.
Introba delivered full MEP design services to expand and relocate online global retailer ASOS's customer care center to Leavesden Park, Greater London. The client's brief specified a highly resilient building with a vast density occupation to suit the company's large expansion plans.
The new customer-care call center includes full restaurant catering services, breakout spaces, a café, a gym, meeting areas, and the company's internet control center. High resilience levels were a top priority for the client and our design team. Any blocks occupied by ASOS were completely separated from the landlord's services to deliver this requirement. Duel UPS and generator services have been installed to mitigate any potential failure in systems.
Introba (formerly Elementa Consulting) utilized alternate installation strategies to minimize the onsite build time, including the use of package plant rooms. Building services off-site and then dropping them into place upon completion reduced installation-time while maintaining quality.
