AAIPharma Services Corporation (AAIPharma) is a drug development company providing services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.
Modifications were made to the company’s headquarters by converting approximately 44,000 ft² of the existing office to analytical, validation, testing, and small-scale manufacturing pharmaceutical laboratory spaces. Laboratory functions incorporated into the new space included: biology, microbiology, formulation development, analytical development, chemistry, and physical chemistry. An additional 10,000 ft² of exiting office space was reconfigured and updated.
