She is responsible for designing projects to light the public realm and the electrical requirements for them. Her work includes installations for roads, residential areas, amenity areas, squares, special events, and interiors.

Alongside her role, Kimberly is the Vice President of Education for the Institution of Lighting Professionals and volunteers as a STEM ambassador in schools and educational settings, helping to inspire the next generation of engineers.
