Indiana National Guard: ASHRAE Level 2 Audit

Our team completed a state-wide energy audit effort for the Indiana National Guard portfolio of buildings. This project included 37 buildings, spread over 15 distinct sites, and encompassing over 713,000 ft². These buildings were audited with the goal to provide recommendations for energy conservation measures (ECMs) along with related estimated energy savings and budget cost estimates. 

Each audit included analysis of the utility bills, benchmarking, site investigation, energy savings calculations, budget cost development, and payback analysis. The results for each site were presented in reports that recommended the next steps for each action item, including a description of the existing condition, narrative scope of work, and summary of calculations.
