Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation Headquarters
Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF) is developing a new three-story Headquarters.
The project will be a mass timber construction targeting LEED V4 Platinum, WELL certification, net-zero energy in Owner Occupied space, and has high aspirations for energy efficiency and low operating costs. 32,000 ft² of the project will be core and shell only with future tenant office fit-up. The remaining 100,000 ft² will be Owner Occupied by OSSTF and fully fitted out.
A nearby building will be used as a swing space for OSSTF during renovation and construction.
