This project involved the refurbishment of a Victorian Gothic College with the addition of three contemporary floors creating 49 apartments, duplexes, and triplexes, as well as two units providing circa 10,000 ft² of A3 commercial space.
Introba supplied the following services for this project: electrical performance, detailed design of the mechanical and ventilation scheme, thermal modeling of natural ventilation scheme to ensure the temperatures were within acceptable limits, detailed design of below-ground drainage, and supply of performance specification for car park ventilation.
