Introba Gives Week 2024

This year, through our Introba Gives program, we hosted our first-ever official Introba Gives Week in a collaborative effort with our colleagues at TYLin. During this weeklong campaign, offices across the globe gave back to their communities in various ways. From volunteering at local shelters, collecting essential items for donation, cycling and running vast distances to fundraise for those in need, and even hosting a charity karaoke night, together, we demonstrated the power of uniting for good. 

Our people mobilized to support their communities with time, effort, and compassion, making tangible differences in our local areas. Here are some highlights from our efforts:

  • Belgrade - Introba Gives

    Belgrade, Serbia

    Our team partnered with the Center for Youth Integration and donated products the shelter needs, such as hygiene products, clothes, books, and toys.

  • Best Selfie_Introba Calgary

    Calgary, Alberta, Canada

    Over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada. We raised funds through our Great Cycle Challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

    Our office worked with BGC Toronto Kiwanis to put together supply bags for youths & young adults.

  • Vancouver

    Vancouver, Canada

    40+ volunteer shifts worked at the Belkin House: This state-of-the-art facility provides a home to the homeless and those who are at risk of homelessness. It’s a place of healing where men, women, and children fight against homelessness, hunger, and despair. Belkin House reaches out to help people whose lives are battered and broken. Their innovative and unique programs are offered to help residents become well, whole, and healed.

  • Oxford

    Oxford & London, UK

    Our offices brought in gently used clothing and accessories and held a series of fundraising events to donate to our local Oxfordshire Homeless Shelter.

  • Victoria

    Victoria, Canada

    Members of the Victoria office participated in a 5km run/walk in support of The Terry Fox Foundation.

  • Blood Donation

    Brisbane, Australia

    Our team partnered with Lifeblood in Brisbane to donate blood to help those in need.

  • San Diego Black Tech Link

    San Diego, California, USA

    The team sponsored and participated in the 4th Annual Health and STEM Fest - a free event to provide services and raise awareness about Health and STEM careers specifically targeting the black and underserved communities in San Diego. 

  • irving texas

    Irving, Texas, USA

    Donated office furniture and supplies to a local school, filling over half of their gymnasium with furniture to support the students and teachers, along with gift cards fundraised by employees to go towards teacher recognition throughout the year.

At Introba, we believe in the power of connection, and know that when we come together – within our teams and our communities – the impact is far reaching and long lasting. We look forward to continuing to leverage the Introba Gives program to serve our communities. 

The Introba Gives program is a global framework formalizing our commitment and approach to Giving Back. 

The program focuses on:   

• Supporting our communities and those most vulnerable through our time, skills and funds. 
• Improving accessibility to giving back; platforming events and supporting employees with flexible paid volunteer time. 
• Introducing a financial process to support pro bono work – using our design skills to benefit non-for profits. 
• Creating more consistent and wider reaching IMPACT. 

This program supports two of our ESG GRI Goals - GRI 203: Indirect Economic Impacts and GRI 413: Local Communities.
