Hatem has over 20 years of experience in the US and Middle East healthcare markets and is responsible for delivering all Introba projects in the MENA region, including oil and gas, health, research, and education projects in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, and the UAE. Before joining Introba, Hatem managed the technology planning services for the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center.  

His clinical engineering background and knowledge provide clients with insights and capabilities across the full spectrum of project initiation, planning, procurement, logistics, and activation. Of particular note, Hatem directed the medical equipment services for the largest single hospital project in the UAE, the Abu Dhabi Cleveland Clinic hospital, with a medical technology package valued at over $200 million. Other significant projects include directing the planning and procurement of over $800 million of medical equipment for five specialty hospitals for the Saudi National Guard.

Recent activities involved planning work at the American University of Beirut Medical Center for their new Outpatient Tower and Critical Care Expansion Facility. Hatem has the added experience of planning and coordinating the technology and equipment requirements for two Aramco energy research facilities.
