As a senior equipment planner with more than 46 years of experience, Cathy works to drive operational excellence for equipment on a global level based on current best practices. She is responsible for the overall equipment planning and budgeting direction, coordination and facilitation of user group meetings programming and design, participation in visioning and providing guidance on planning for future technology. She works to maintain core design principles while staying within budget constraints through procurement and move-in. 

Cathy is one of the nation’s most knowledgeable experts in physiologic monitoring and has past patient care experience in obstetrics, pediatrics, emergency trauma, intensive care, and progressive care, as well as ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures. Her work includes several greenfield campuses, medical office buildings, cancer centers, surgery centers, and other specialty facilities.
