Introba provided integrated façade analyses for the Kuwait International Tennis Complex in Hawalli, Kuwait.

Introba (formerly Elementa Consulting) provided integrated façade analysis services on Kuwait’s new International Tennis Complex. The new facility is a world-class sporting venue, hosting elite premium sporting events and providing training facilities, VIP suites, function areas, spectator viewing, and a hotel and retail mall attached to the facility. The team worked closely alongside David Dexter Associates on the project, providing advanced simulation and analysis to study thermal and daylight performance, establishing the façade requirements to go above and beyond Kuwait’s energy code compliance requirements.

Introba’s experience working on high-profile, international projects has led to our detailed understanding and knowledge of integrated environmental design and a holistic approach to delivering high-performance designs for sporting venues. On the project, the team provided services including:

  • Façade thermal performance and code compliance

  • Thermal comfort for occupants

  • Daylight and glare analysis

  • Solar radiation for plant growth

Advanced simulation tools have ensured the team overcame challenges in delivering an environment for mixed purposes. Every aspect of the façade analysis promoted an environment optimized for plant growth, occupant comfort, and visual experience.
