Introba is providing Digital Advisory and Transformation Strategy consulting services to Thomas Jefferson University Health and their senior leadership in Facilities Management, Real Estate Design & Construction, Public Safety and Security, and Information Technology.

The deliverables include the following:

  • Digital Transformation Strategy Roadmap

  • Joint Network Operations Center deployment model

  • Operating Platform “Single Pane of Glass”

  • Financial Model

The project includes a holistic assessment of the current state of multiple systems including Building Automation (BAS), Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS), Access Control & Video Surveillance, Network Monitoring, Real Estate Space Utilization and Modeling, and many others. Technology Visioning workshops were conducted to engage users interactively to identify future capabilities needed and enabled by the Digital Transformation. Special focus and advisory services were provided on OT devices, Information, and Cybersecurity policies and procedures to mitigate risk and increase availability.

A center piece of the project is to provide operational guidance on a Joint Network Operations Center including an operational model, physical design peer review, and a financial model.

Patient Experience Technology use cases and integrations were included in a comprehensive study to optimize workflows and process journeys in all clinical and administrative functions. This effort was centered around a new $762M Specialty Care Pavilion construction project due to open in 2024 and encompassing 19 floors, 300 exam rooms, 58 infusion chairs, and 10 operating rooms.
